SHIPPING
We ship all our orders through trusted logistics partners. Since many of our products are fragile, we ensure every item is securely packed using custom protective packaging. The shipping fee includes packaging charges, and only a part of the total shipping cost is borne by the customer—ZK Decor covers the rest.

Shipping Charges (based on invoice value):

• Rs. 0 – Rs. 999 – ₹100 Shipping Charge
• Above Rs. 1000– Free Shipping
  

DELIVERIES
All India Orders
Orders are dispatched through our logistics partners. Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking ID and partner name via email and SMS. You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment status.

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery three times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and includes your full address, pin code, and active mobile number to avoid delivery issues.

PAYMENTS

We offer a range of secure payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pincodes. COD orders outside the serviceable zone will not be accepted.
• We accept all major Debit & Credit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking options.

  You can also avail EMI options via your credit or debit card. Here’s how:

1. At checkout, choose Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
2. You’ll be redirected to the PayU Money gateway.
