What Products Are Eligible For Return/ Exchange?

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Incorrect Product: If an item different from what you ordered was delivered.
Defective Product: If the product has manufacturing defects or quality issues.
Damaged Product: If the item arrives damaged.

Note: Our handcrafted products may exhibit slight variations in texture, color, or size. These unique characteristics are inherent to artisanal items and are not considered defects.

Exclusion From Return/ Exchange

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Product price below ₹500
  • Artificial Flowers













How Soon Do I Have To Make Request For Return/ Exchange?

All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Is There Any Condition While Returning The Product?

To process a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels, and invoices are intact.
  • A video recording of the unboxing process is required.
  • Shipping charges for both sending and returning the product will be borne by the customer.






Refund

When My Refund Will Be Proceed?

Refunds are processed within 72 hours after the returned item passes our quality assurance check upon arrival at our warehouse.

How Will I Get My Money Back In Case Of Return?

  • Store Credits: Fastest refund method, with no expiration date or usage restrictions.
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded directly to the original payment source.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via NEFT transfer. Please provide the following bank details:

Cancellation

What If I Need To Cancel My Order?

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 4 hours of placement.
  • Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Refusal to accept the delivery will be treated as a return.
  • For COD orders, repeated cancellations or refusals may result in denial of future orders.


Breakage

What To Do In Case Of Breakage?

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Email clear images of the damaged item to support@zkdecor.in.
  • Retain all original packaging materials, including foam and cushioning, as they are required for the return process.
